
Conclusion
This presentation reviewed the benefits and potential pitfalls of attorney Internet usage. The state of the law is in flux, and is changing daily. Thus, constant vigilance is necessary to remain abreast of the current requirements. However, the dangers and tribulations of attorney Internet usage has not prevented attorneys from taking advantage of the benefits of the Internet. The next page contains links to a number of attorneys and law firms currently on the Internet, some of which have taken elaborate precautions to protect themselves from the hazards identified in this presentation, others which has taken none at all!
