Guidelines
Beachbody, LLC, dba BODi and its affiliates and subsidiaries
(collectively, “BODi”) are constantly developing new breakthrough products and
services to help people achieve their goals and enjoy healthy, fulfilling
lives!
While we typically develop our programs and services internally,
we recognize that individuals outside of BODi may be interested in submitting
their ideas, products, programs, services or any other materials (collectively,
“Materials”) for possible development and marketing within the BODi business
model. These Submission Guidelines are intended to help those who wish to
submit their Materials to BODi for consideration.
Please note −
only those Materials which promise to uphold our high standards and reputation
for premium and innovative products will be considered. For any Materials that
meet these high standards, please be aware that BODi retains 100% ownership of
all rights in and to our products, programs and services.
BODi does not sign non-disclosure agreements to review any
Materials or for follow up conversations, as we are constantly working on or
provided with many ideas, products, programs, services or other materials which
may overlap with your Materials. In addition, BODi does not accept any
submissions without an executed Product Submission Form and Product Submission
Agreement which may be found at the link below.
If you believe your Materials meet these expectations and will
fit within our exclusive brand portfolio, you may submit them according to the
instructions below.
Submission Instructions:
Please submit your Materials and the completed and
executed Product Submission Form and Product
Submission Agreement to us via email at submissions@beachbody.com.
