Lauren’s story
After a difficult C-section, 31-year-old mom of three Lauren F. was struggling. She thought she would never get back her pre-baby body—or her abilities.
“My C-section pooch has been a sore spot for me. It's an area I have been super self-conscious about,” Lauren admitted.

Postpartum depression had left her feeling gutted
With her first two children, Lauren had suffered from postpartum depression. So, when she gave birth to her third, she feared history would repeat itself.
"There were so many triggers around me. It almost felt like the walls were closing in and I would be heading back into that dark place,” she recalls.

"When I make myself a priority in my life, I'm a better wife and a better mom...and a better friend and, just, person," she reflects. "I'm more intentional with my day. My entire mindset is totally different now, and I'm finally feeling more present."

But rather than an ending, day 100 became a new beginning. "I'm excited to make this challenge 200-, 300-plus days," Lauren says.
