Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 240 ml water
  • 1 cup / 170 g ice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
  • ½ cup / 70 g fresh (or frozen) blackberries
  • ¼ cup / 10 g fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp. pure bourbon extract

Instructions

  1. Place water, ice, Shakeology, blackberries, mint, and extract in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
