Portion Fix creator Autumn Calabrese and her brother, chef Bobby Calabrese, were inspired by a traditional Japanese cucumber dish when they created this cucumber dill salad.

They incorporate their own take on the flavor of a classic dill pickle, creating a tangy hybrid that pairs perfectly with light proteins like salmon and cod.

“This salad is the perfect accompaniment to [our] Wasabi Cream Cheese Salmon Burgers,” says Bobby.
