Ingredients

  • ¼ cup / 60 ml fresh orange juice
  • ¾ cup / 180 ml water
  • 1 cup / 170 ml ice
  • 1 scoop Beachbody Performance Energize Fruit Punch
  • ¼ cup / 40 g chopped pineapple
  • ¼ cup / 40 g chopped mango
  • ½ medium lime, juiced
  • ¼ tsp. rum extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place orange juice, water, ice, Energize, pineapple, mango, lime juice, and extract (if using) in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
