Tell us about your life before you started the program. How did you feel about yourself and your body?
I felt like I was stuck. I had become lazy with my workouts and wasn’t seeing any progress anymore. I wanted to be stronger and put on some muscle.

What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?
I was tired of being unhappy and wishing there was something I could do about it. There was something I could do about it. I needed to not only find a workout that was good for me but I needed to work on my nutrition so I could get the body I wanted.

What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program and Beachbody® help you overcome that challenge?
I struggled with doing exercises that I have never done before. I loved that I had Sagi pushing me every day and every step of the way. When I felt like I couldn’t do one more rep or add a little weight he was there to push me that much farther.

What in particular did you like about the program you chose?
I loved that it incorporated weights. I love lifting.

Describe the results you achieved with your Beachbody program. Which achievements are you proud of?
I’m proud that I stuck it out the entire 90 days. I am able to do so many more push-ups now and I could hardly do a few when I started.

How has your life changed since completing your Beachbody program?
I am a much happier and healthier woman now. By have a regular workout routine and incorporating Shakeology in my life I can definitely tell that I’m healthier. It makes me want to do more!

She was always there if I had questions. She motivated me to get my workouts in and stick with it.S

Shakeology provided me with a healthy meal each day. I love incorporating it into my every day life now. I had more energy, was able to reduce my cravings and gave me the extra push I needed.
