Tell us about your life before you started the program. How did you feel about yourself and your body?
Before starting T25 I felt terrible about myself. I was unhappy with the way my body looked and I never had energy.

What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?
I started T25 because I had a wedding on December 27, 2014 and I wanted to lose some weight before the wedding.

The program was so convenient. I love that you can workout in the comfort of your own home and get it done in only 25 minutes!

What in particular did you like about the program you chose?
It is only 25 minutes a day! I had immediate results!

I have lost 46 pounds and I feel and look great!
