Fritatta + waffle = FRITAFFLE! @mamabear.fitness makes her own crazy concoction. Wanna make one? Here’s what to do: Mix 2 eggs (or 4 egg whites) with 1/2 cup of torn spinach. Pour mixture into a waffle maker. If you’re feeling adventurous you can add things like steamed broccoli, peppers, asparagus, sweet potato, turkey bacon, feta cheese, and more!
