Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup / 120 ml water
  • 1 scoop Beachbody Performance Chocolate Whey or Plant-Based Recover
  • ¼ tsp/ ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat almond milk and water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until just boiling. Remove from heat.

  2. Add Recover and cinnamon; whisk until well mixed and frothy.

  3. Serve immediately.
