Here are the details on how to enter:
1) If you’re not already a member, sign up for a free 30-day trial of Beachbody On Demand*.
2) Complete the Down and Dirty workout. It will be the Challenge Du Jour workout on beachbodyondemand.com, available for 24 hours on July 18th.
3) Take a video of yourself doing the workout.
4) Upload your video to either Instagram or Twitter along with the hashtags #CountryHeat and #Contest (You must use both tags.)
