This vanilla cinnamon chia pudding is a yummy, healthy, filling dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup / 80 g chopped fresh strawberries (or other fresh fruit)

Instructions

  1. Add Shakeology, chia seeds, and cinnamon to a 16-oz. (450-ml) jar (or sealable container); stir to mix.

  2. Top with almond milk; mix well.

  3. Cover; refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

  4. Garnish with strawberries just before serving.

  5. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
