Tell us about your life before you started the program. How did you feel about yourself and your body?
My family ate whatever we wanted and never worried about our health or the affects junk food had on us. I was embarrassed to take my shirt off at the beach or pool. I was tired all the time, and my sex life was almost non-existent. Everything was just blah!!

What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?
My third daughter was born with multiple heart defects, and had three heart surges to fix them by the time she was three months old. That changed our life. We needed to start living better and healthy for all of our kids. We got sick and tired of feeling and looking like crap! So, six weeks after Molly was born, my wife got cleared by the doctors. We started INSANITY and Focus T25!4

What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program and Beachbody® help you overcome that challenge?
Finding the desire and the motivation to start. Along with actually wanting to change, seeing results other people were getting with Beachbody programs really motivated the wife and me.

Describe the results you achieved with your Beachbody program. Which achievements are you proud of?
My weight loss and my abs. With INSANITY, I lost 30 lbs. With Focus T25, I lost 15 lbs. My abs look better now than they ever have!

How has your life changed since completing your Beachbody program?
I feel great, and I am no longer embarrassed to take off my shirt anywhere. My male friends are jealous of my abs! My wife’s friends’ jaws drop. My wife looks at me like she did when we first met! It makes me want to keep improving to build bigger muscles and an even sexier core!
