Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology
  • cup / 80 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • ½ cup / 85 g sliced strawberries
  • ¼ cup / 15 g whole-grain cereal

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk, Shakeology, yogurt, and chia seeds to a 16-oz. (470-ml) jar (or sealable container); stir to combine. Seal; refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to overnight).

  2. Top with strawberries and cereal just before serving.
