Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie

We created a healthier peanut butter chocolate pie! Each slice has 9 grams of protein, but it's so decadent, you'd never know it's good for you.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
  • 12 oz. / 340 g organic firm (or silken) tofu
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology
  • ½ cup / 130 g peanut butter
  • 2 large ripe bananas, cut into chunks
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Graham cracker pie crust

Instructions

  1. Place milk, tofu, Shakeology, peanut butter, bananas, and honey in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour tofu mixture into pie crust; refrigerate for at least one hour, or until firm.

  3. Cut into 12 servings.

  4. Serve immediately, or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 day, or freeze for up to 1 month. Let thaw 15 minutes at room temperature before serving.
