  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey (or Vanilla Plant-Based Vegan) Shakeology
  • cup reduced-fat (2%) ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh (or frozen) raspberries
  • 1 tsp. finely grated lemon peel (lemon zest)

Instructions
