Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Shakeology
  • ½ cup unsweetened fresh (or frozen) peaches
  • 2 Tbsp. dry rolled oats
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, peaches, oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
