Ingredients

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Caramel Brownie Shakeology 
  • 3 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 pinch sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
  • 1 tsp. all-natural peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Coat the inside of a microwave-safe mug with spray.   

  2. Add Shakeology, almond milk, egg, baking soda, and salt to mug; stir until well incorporated.   

  3. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes. Top with peanut butter. Enjoy!
