Transformation Tuesday: Arnaldo Lost 56 Pounds with INSANITY MAX:30!

After having two children, losing his house, and moving back to his native Puerto Rico, Arnaldo was the heaviest he had ever been. His wife was in the same boat, and after a lot of persuasion from her, Arnaldo decided to take a leap and try INSANITY MAX:30. In just 2 rounds, he lost 56 pounds! Read how he did it in his own words below:

In 2011, the economy was turning bad in Florida. We lost everything — our house, our lifestyle, everything. We were forced to move back to our homeland in Puerto Rico.

My wife and I went through a lot that first year back. My wife was constantly looking for a change, telling me that we needed to have a lifestyle change, but I couldn’t accept that we had a weight problem. Finally, my wife found a post on Facebook and asked me if we could join a Beachbody Challenge group. She did everything she could to buy the Challenge Pack and start her journey. She transformed her life like never before, and I felt that I had to do something with my own life. I knew I was overweight, but I had never realized how bad it was. 

When Beachbody released INSANITY MAX:30, I knew it was my time for change. I decided to be part of the Challenge Group, and I’m happy to say that it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I was happy to see that there was no equipment needed. I was able to save money, and I got great results using my own body. What also definitely helped me to be successful in this program was the ability to follow the modifier at all times if necessary. This way I was able to learn proper form so that I was more comfortable when it came time to do more difficult moves. 

I’ve reached my goal in losing  more than 50 pounds! The most significant changes I saw was obviously in my weight, but I’ve seen real changes in my self-confidence. I’ve learned better habits, and I got out of my comfort zone. Today I’m a better person since I’ve joined Team Beachbody, and now I help others to reach their goal. I want to thank you to my wife for being there for me always, and for giving me the strength and motivation to push myself further. Everything in my life has improved 100%. Today, I am in control!
