Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup / 170 g ice
  • 1 scoop Café Latte Shakeology
  • ½ tsp. pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp. pure rum extract
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom
  • ½ tsp. finely grated lemon peel (lemon zest)

Instructions

  1. Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, maple syrup, extract, and cardamom in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a serving glass; garnish with lemon peel. Serve immediately.
